would also be nice for better dye options, not just what colors look like but being able to dye the parts you want. I hate the blue crap on my norn armor.

yes but....knowing A-nets lazy assed approach to anything good - its gonna be a tent with a perverted looking NPC standing next to you ^^ lazy updates ftw .....nah me likes but thats A-nets approach to this type of thing (

Great idea!
The problem with dye, is that it affects different weapons differently so an independent mixing platfrom would be unable to work. Chaos axes respond differently to dye a hand axe, etc.

And going on 6... well, it seems this issue was apparent to the players from the very beginning, but for some reason not to the devs. I think we can safely assume they got the hint by now. If a 6yr old thread of 11 pages doesn't convince them (or they're unable to for other reasons) then I don't know what else we can do.
